Gmailが届きましたよー、ていうお知らせをしてくれるアプリケーションの説明です。
(1) let you know if you have unread Gmail messages
特に難しくはありませんが、よく使える表現ですね。
"let + 人 + 不定詞"で「人に~をさせる」です。この文の場合は、"let you know"ですから、「あなたに知らせる」。文脈的に「あなた」とは、PCを使っているユーザのことですね。
後ろの"if you have unread Gmail messages"と合わせると「未読のGmailのメッセージがあれば、PCユーザのお知らせする」です。
仕事でもこの表現は使えます。
ex.) I will let you know, if I'm ready to activate this function.
（この機能を稼動する準備が出来たら、お知らせしますねー）
とか。「すぐに」お知らせをしたい場合は、ifの代わりにonceを使ったりもします：
ex.) Please let me know, once you complete your tasks.
（あなたがやるべきことが完了したら、すぐに私に知らせて下さい。）
あんまり想定したくありませんが、障害対応のときでしょうか（汗） 覚えておくと便利な表現です。

ズバりタイトルです。
be on the go: あちこち動き回って／働き詰めで。
ex) He's always on the go. 彼はいつも働きづめだ。

→"働きづめのときに、もっとやれ"と。字の通り受け取ると、結構酷ですね（笑）
キャッチコピーとしては、「そんなときにmobileを使えば？」ていう流れですねー。掴みはOKと♪
